With the past of the years, exterior walls get really deteriorated creating gaps and cracks throughout the building. This is translated to air leaking and spray foam will fill and seal every single imperfection on the walls or roof.

It is safe after is sprayed. Some people could be sensitive to fumes expelled while its installation, but after 24 hrs you will not have these problems.

R value depends on the thickness of the material.
Thermal CorkShield^TM thickness is only 1/8”, having an R value of practically 0. However, the K value is the one that indicates how much heat or cold conduction the material transfers from one side to the other. Our product has a K value of 0.058, meaning that our sprayed cork will dissipate the heat or cold before reaching the substrate. In other words, heat or cold will not be transferred to the inside by the substrate, having the inside temperature controlled. All of this will be reflected on your energy bill savings.
